Richard was called as pastor of FBCC in July 2005. He is a native Texan and has earned degrees from Texas A&M University, Southwestern Seminary, and Southern Seminary. He is married to Christy, and their three daughters are Caleigh, Sarah Cate, and Caroline. Bro. Richard loves sports of any kind and spends his free time running or playing with his girls.

Tim came to FBCC in February 2012. He has extensive experience in directing bands of all shapes and sizes on the high school and college levels. He was even the director of athletic bands for the University of Arkansas from 2000-2009. His most recent ministry position was Music Associate with the International Baptist Church of Singapore. He is a native of Hope, AR, a two-time graduate of the University of Arkansas, and loves sports of any kind but especially golf.

Kristi began her time at FBCC in December 2011 as Financial Secretary. She became our full-time church secretary in December 2012. She is married to David, mother to Conner and Allison, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Camden.
