Richard was called as pastor of FBCC in July 2005. He is a native Texan and has earned degrees from Texas A&M University, Southwestern Seminary, and Southern Seminary. He is married to Christy, and their three daughters are Caleigh, Sarah Cate, and Caroline. Bro. Richard loves sports of any kind and spends his free time running or playing with his girls.

Phil joined the pastoral team at FBCC in December 2007. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Southern Seminary, and he loves the Louisville Cardinals. He has served multiple churches as student pastor and children's pastor and is responsible for those same ministries at FBCC. He and his wife, Stephanie, are the proud parents of their daughters, Addison and Avery!

Geoff was called as Worship Pastor at FBCC in October 2007. Geoff was born and raised in Arkansas and loves to call the Hogs. He is married to Stacey and has three wonderful children: Aspen, Jackson, and Jordan.
