STEPHEN WATSON

Lead Pastor

Stephen grew up in Arkansas and has served in the local church for the last 20 years in Louisiana, Missouri, Texas, and Arkansas. After studying music at Ouachita Baptist University, Stephen attended seminary at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary for both Master's and Doctoral studies. Stephen has been married to Danielle for 17 years, and they have three daughters, Hallie, Harper, and Hope. Stephen has served as the Lead Pastor at FBC Camden since 2023. When not at the church, Stephen is the ultimate girl dad, following his daughters around at softball fields, volleyball courts, and hunting down a few local deer. Stephen also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Chat Ouachita Baptist University.

ZEB BARRETT

Interim Next Gen Pastor

Zeb and his family are new to Camden. Zeb grew up a missionary kid in Africa and Australia. Zeb is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University. After spending several years in Arkadelphia, working at Henderson State University and pastoring a Shady Grove Baptist Church, Zeb and his family moved to Camden, wher works at Lockheed Martin in Camden. Zeb is married to his wife, Ashton, and they have one son, Oliver.

JEN MCCLELLAND

Administrative Assistant & Finance

Jen and her family are long time members of FBC Camden. Jen is active in our Kids and Student Ministries, and teaches one of our elementary-age Life Groups are Sunday mornings.Jen has served on staff at FBC Camden since January 2025. Jen is married to Josh and has three kiddos - Jude, Chase and Wren. When not at the church, you can find Jen whipping up something gourmet in her kitchen and chasing her kids around town at t
